Wicche Hunt by Seana Kelley is the second audiobook in the Sea Wicche Chronicles and takes place in the same world as her Sam Quinn books. Arwyn Cassandra Corey, the Sea Wicche of Monterey, is a clairvoyant and artist who speaks to sea creatures and assists the local police besides her witchy duties. Suspenseful, funny and at times dark, this is an addictive series.

I’m Arwyn Cassandra Corey, the Sea Wicche of Monterey. Want a psychic reading? Sure. I can do that. In the market for art? I have all your painting, photography, glass blowing, and ceramic needs covered in my newly remodeled art gallery by the sea. Need help solving a grisly cold case? Unfortunately, I can probably help with that too.
After more than a decade of being nagged, guilted, and threatened, I’ve finally joined the Corey Council and am working with my mother and grandmother to hunt down a twisted sorcerer. We know who she is. Now we need to find and stop her before more are murdered.
The evil the sorcerer and her demon are doing is seeping into the community. Violent crimes have been increasing and as a result Detectives Hernández and Osso have brought me another horrifying case. I’ll do what I can, because of course I will. What are a few more nightmares to a woman who barely sleeps?
Declan Quinn, the wicked hot werewolf rebuilding my deck, is preparing for a dominance battle with the local Alpha. A couple of wolves have already left their pack to follow Declan, recognizing him as the true Alpha. Declan needs to watch his back as the full moon approaches. The current Alpha will do whatever it takes to hold on to power, including breaking pack law and enlisting the help of a local vampire.
And if Wilbur, my selkie friend is right, I might just be meeting my dad soon. Perhaps he’ll have some advice for this wicche hunt. I’m going to need all the help I can get.
Content Wicche The Sea Wicche Chronicles is a contemporary fantasy novel with suspense elements about a clairvoyant witch who, among other things, helps detectives hunt a killer. While there are light, funny, romantic moments, there are also dark ones that may be disturbing for some readers. Warning visions that include graphic or explicit violence, murder.
Arwyn and her boyfriend, who is a werewolf named Declan Quinn, pay a visit to Sam Quinn in search of some answers before returning to their seaside home. Arwyn has finally joined Corey Council and is working with her mother and grandmother to hunt down an evil sorcerer. Evil is seeping into their small community and Detectives Hernández and Osso have sought her aid with some grizzly murders.
Arwyn is part wicche and part sea fae, which I find fascinating. She can communicate with sea creatures and prefers her artwork to her wicche abilities, but duty and an evil sorcerer who is controlling a demon pushes her to join forces with her mother and grandmother.
We learn more about Arwyn and her strained relationship with her mother, as they work to stop the sorcerer. She also works with local detectives to solve two murders and fends of danger, with Declan at her side.
Kelley has created an addictive storyline with intriguing characters. The story is fast-paced with moments of humor, romance and family delivered between intense scenes, grizzly murders and plenty of danger. Calliope, our villain, is mostly off page at this point as she stirs the pot and plots. I am anxious for a confrontation.
Samantha Diaz narrates and gives voice to these characters. She enhances the storyline and brings the characters to life. I highly recommend listening to the series. I am looking forward to Wicching Hour, the next audiobook in the series.
I recommend this series for fans of fantasy, mystery, and supernatural elements. It is an addictive tale that should be listening to in the order of release.

You had me at “part wicche and part sea fae”. That seems so intriguing! Are wicches the same as witches, or is there a difference?
Also, I basically doubled my TBR by reading through your reviews 😂

Very similar to Witches. I hope you love it.

You really do a good job of finding the less known UF series.
