Here’s what you need to know about me — I’m well-off, well-hung and quick with a joke. Women like a guy who makes them laugh—and I don’t mean at the size of his d*ck. No, they want their funny with a side of huge… not to mention loyal. I’ve got all that plus a big bank account, thanks to my booming construction business. Yup. I know how to use all my tools.

Enter Natalie. Hot, sexy, smart, and my new assistant. Which makes her totally off limits...

Hey, I’m a good guy. Really. I do my best to stay far away from the kind of temptation she brings to work.

Until one night in Vegas…

Yeah, you’ve heard this one before. Bad news on the business front, drowning our sorrows in a few too many Harvey Wallbangers, and then I’m banging her. In my hotel room. In her hotel room. Behind the Titanic slot machine at the Flamingo (don’t ask). And before I can make her say “Oh God right there YES!” one more time, we’re both saying yes—the big yes—at a roadside chapel in front of a guy in press-on sideburns and a shiny gold leisure suit.

But it turns out what happened in Vegas didn’t stay in Vegas. And now, my dick doesn’t stay in my pants when she’s around. I try to resist. Honest. But the more we try to keep our hands to ourselves, the more we end up naked again, and the more time I want to spend with her fully clothed, too.

The question now is…do I take this woman to be my ex-wife?

Well Hung by Lauren Blakely was such a blast to listen too! Narrated by the charming Sebastian York I loved this this banter-filled tale, with scorching heat and a dash of charm.

Espresso Review: Hot, Sexy and filled with humor. Well Hung a friends to lovers romance delivered with a twist. It’s the perfect feel good listen.

Well Hung delivers Natalie and Wyatt’s story.  While, Well Hung is a standalone romance, we met our characters in Blakley’s previous books Big Rock and Mister O.

Told from the male POV, Blakely lets us get up close and personal with Wyatt Hammer. Wyatt appeared in Mister O, and is Nick’s twin brother. Wyatt is hilarious and all testosterone with his low slung tool belt and imaginative mind, but he is also a pretty stand up guy.

Wyatt met Natalie in Mister O. She needed a job and Wyatt desperately needed an assistant to help manage WH Construction. It turns out Natalie is the best assistant he has ever had, and business is booming. Which is why according to Wyatt, his relationship with Natalie is above-board, even if his mind isn’t. Poor Wyatt has been burned in love before and for that reason, he never mixes business with pleasure.

Natalie is Charlotte’s sister from Big Rock and she first meet Wyatt through Charlotte and Spencer. Since the story is told from Wyatt’s POV, we are kept in the dark about Natalie’s feelings and I actually enjoyed the not knowing. The two of them have great chemistry. I loved their playful banter and camaraderie. Blakely allowed us to see the friendship they had built before Vegas.

There is an underlying sexual tension simmering between these two. I loved the buildup and eventual fireworks. A business opportunity takes them to Vegas. It’s a huge deal for the business and it ends with a night of celebrating.

Nat has never been to Vegas and they plan to hit all the big tourist spots. The night begins with drinks, that lead to a wild, romantic and off the charts heated night. Oh and did I mention, they end up married?  Natalie the ever practical and efficient assistant has the divorce paperwork filed before Wyatt’s hangover has even subsided. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas and all that.

So they head home, business as usual expect the two can’t keep their hands off each other. As feelings begin to muddy the waters they learn what happen in Vegas didn’t stay in Vegas. Blakely keeps the drama to a minimum, allowing for character growth and “ah ha” moments between heated scenes that only confirmed our beliefs in an HEA.

Blakely did a wonderful job of giving us realistic, loveable characters. She allowed me to become completely caught up in their story. I laughed, sighed and banged my head rooting for them.

Sebastian York is the perfect narrator for this male POV story. He captures Wyatt allowing listeners to laugh aloud, swoon and dream of slapping Wyatt in the back of the head. If you are looking for a sexy, rom-com with heart, you’ll want to listen to Well Hung.

I love stories told from the male perspective, and these books sound like so much fun! And Sebastian York! Love his voice, I’ve listened to him before and enjoyed his narration.

  3. Ksenia

Oh, I love these 5 eargasms! Lol. Sebastian York has a perfect voice for narrating steamy books. I hadn’t realized this is a friends to lovers romance.

You have me such at a crossroads! You have me wanting to listen to this series because of York, but its because of the cover that I want to read them myself. Why do I do this to myself, I know I need to read these and yet I haven’t.

  6. Cyn

This sounds so fun and I’m dying to hear a book read by Sebastian York. I did finally find one he narrates on my library’s digital site. I’ve never heard of the author or the book but I’m going to try it anyway because that voice! This sounds fun and I love hearing a romance from the male POV. Definitely something you don’t see all that often.

  9. Melissa (Books and Things)

5 eargasms? Hm… I’m going to have to check out the narrator. LOL

I honestly would have passed on this one thinking it would be too much drama somewhere, but it sounds like fun. Plus how many times do you get the male POV only? You always do this to me… I’m so curious now!

  10. Heidi

I just listened to a Colleen Hoover narrated by Sebastian. He is awesome. I need something light and funny so I am going to see if I can snag this.

LOVE THAT KIM! This is definitely a book for me. I can’t think of another romance I’ve read from the male POV, so I’m really looking forward to this!

I think it’s always interesting to read a story for a guy POV, always a bit different so I’m intrigued

I enjoy getting the male perspective. Ooo and FYI my daughter is devouring the Golden City series and loving it. I plan to read them in November myself

This sounds like a fun listen, Kim. I love anything Sebastian York reads so there’s that but I also like the sound of watching Wyatt and Natalie fall for each other. You also have me curious about *not* knowing Nat’s side of things. 🙂
