Never Have I Ever been so infuriated by a man I wanted to kiss.
They say opposites attract, but I beg to differ. Combust is more like it. Because every single time I talk to Zach Nolan, I see red.
The too-good-looking, too-smart, too-effortlessly-charming single dad who works down the hall from me has turned getting under my skin into a sport. Call it the battle of wits between the wedding planner and the divorce attorney. Trouble is, when we’re forced into closer quarters, planning an engagement party for our best friends, I start to see his other sides.
And I fear I’m falling for the enemy.

I’m not out to make friends. My goals are simple -- fight till the end for my clients, and my family. The last thing I need is a vibrant, outgoing, snarky, and surprisingly big-hearted wedding planner to spend my precious free time with…except, watching Piper bond with my daughter just might break down the cinder block walls I’ve built around my heart these last few years. Second chances don’t come around for guys like me…or do they?
Lauren Blakely is my go-to romantic comedy audio listen from her stellar choice in narrators to her feel-good stories with relatable characters. If you love enemies to lovers and adorable tug at your heart romance, you will love Never Have I Ever.
Narrated by Jason Clarke and Amanda Ronconi I loved the back-and-forth banter between divorce attorney Zach Nolan, a widowed, daddy of two and, single wedding planner, Piper Radcliff. The two have known each other quite a while and have the same circle of friends, heck they even share office space in the same building. I quickly slipped in and was ready to see how things unfolded.
Add in two adorable kiddos, their best friends’ weddings then stir in some sizzling chemistry and destination locations oh, yeah…
Blakley delivered all the feels with a touching backstory, summer bucket lists, and delicious thoughts. I laughed, swooned and even shed a tear or two.
Clarke and Ronconi were amazing together on audio. I liked their chemistry and pacing. They meshed perfectly speed wise for the dual narration and I didn’t have to adjust once I found a comfortable setting.
If you are looking for a feel good, swoony-worth romance that will hug and squeeze you then grab your earbuds, and listen to, Never Have I Ever.
A swoon-worthy listen that will have you laughing, shedding a tear and fanning yourself! #MustListen #Romance #Audio Never Have I Ever by Lauren Blakely Share on X

I really liked this one too, Kimberly. I liked how important the kids were to the overall story and agree that the narrators really did a great job with it.

This does sound like a sunny pick me up story. I enjoy both the narrators, too.

I have only read a couple of hers and hope to get to more.

I used to read a lot of her books and enjoyed them. One, I didn’t care for that much and I just quit reading her to be honest.. My tbr is filled with lots of her books. Now you have me thinking I might have been too hasty because this sounds really good. And I love Amanda Ronconi.

Here here for Blakely being a go to for rom-coms she’s mine too and wow having a narrator team have as much chemistry as the characters do is a big win win. It’s been a while since I’ve listened to one of hers looks like I’ll be filling up my phone soon. Thanks Kim

I love when children are added to stories like this one, they really can add so much to the story and melt your heart.
