Take A Chance by Jennifer Dawson is the first in her Something New contemporary romance series, and each can be read as a standalone. If you remember back, in December I shared my thoughts on The Winner Takes It All by Jennifer Dawson and that I had not realized it was the second book. I bought Take A Chance immediately and thanks to Take Control I dug it out of my TBR pile and oh lordy am I glad I did. I have one-word for you folks: Mitch.
When It’s Right by Jennifer Ryan
When It’s Right by Jennifer Ryan is the second novel in the Montana Men series and folks I am lovin’ it. The series has a small-town vibe, a little heat and each book deals with a Bowden brother..Yee-ha! Ryan blends suspense into the tales and does it all in Big Sky country. I loved this as much as the first novel. My only struggle is deciding which brother I love more.
Holding Strong by Lori Foster
Lord have mercy. Lori Foster knows just how to curl my toes and make me swoon. Holding Strong is the second novel in her Ultimate series featuring MMA fighters, their friends and the women they love. Packed with suspense, heat and heart I completely became caught up in Holding Strong.
Her Unexpected Hero by Melody Anne
Her Unexpected Hero by Melody Anne the first in her Unexpected Heroes was a delightful surprise. Heat, secrets, and small-town charm made this contemporary romance a pleasure to read.
Melody Anne is a new to me author, and this series is a spin-off to her wildly successful Billionaire books. Don’t let that stop you from diving right in as I found myself perfectly at home.
Falling for Jillian by Kristen Proby
Falling for Jillian by Kristen Proby is the third book in her Love Under the Big Sky series. I am happy to report that this heated contemporary works as a standalone. Falling for Jillian set in breathtakingly beautiful Montana had so many elements I enjoy; military men, small-town charm and a second chance romance. I chose to listen to this on audio and oh my..it was quite the experience.
