I am such a fan of the On Dublin Street series, and this tight, close-knit group of friends and their families. Before Jamaica Lane delivers Olivia and Nate’s story and oh, man I swallowed this one whole, it consumed me with the need to have my HEA. The tale was hot, bittersweet, intense, and so dang sensual I melted on the floor. This was the type of read where I needed total quiet, and a comfy blanket to snuggle with. Mini review: sensual, with witty banter, angst, heart-breaking moments and a love story you cannot help but embrace.
Holy Frigging Matrimony by Emma Chase
I absolutely adored Tangled by Emma Chase, and had to read, Holy Friggin Matrimony. Despite its short length, I thoroughly enjoyed spending more time inside Drew’s head.
Crash into You by Katie McGarry
Crash into You by Katie McGarry shares with us Isaiah Walker’s story and one I was anxious to read. I have loved Isaiah since the beginning of the Pushing the Limits series and like many was slightly disappointed that he didn’t get his happily ever after with Beth. McGarry had Rachel Young waiting in the wings and the tale that unfolded was an enjoyable one. Mini review: sweet, well paced and engaging.
Foreplay by Sophie Jordan
Foreplay by Sophia Jordan was a wonderful surprise. I knew I was getting a tattooed bad boy, and a flawed heroine but Foreplay delivered so much more than I expected. Jordan gave me a hot romance, wrapped in a coming of age tale that completely swept me away. Mini review: heart-warming, hot, and the characters totally stole my heart.
The Wedding Favor by Cara Connelly
The Wedding Favor is Cara Connelly’s debut novel, and she takes us from New York to France, and Texas while sharing this hilarious and heart-warming romance. Victoria is a high strung lawyer, and Tyrell is a cattle rancher. City girl meets cowboy and the chemistry between them is sizzling. Mini review: witty, romantic and hot.
