I am a huge fan of Samantha Young’s On Dublin Street series and was excited for the opportunity to review Fall from India Place the fourth book of the series. Young brings complex characters and compelling twists that allow you to lose yourself in the story. I admired Hannah and fell in love with Marco D’Alessandro. The tale was hot, gave me the feels and had me up late finishing this tale. Check out my coffee dates with Fall from India Place….
Tease by Sophie Jordan
I adored Foreplay the first book in the Ivy Chronicles by Sophie Jordan and found it to be a refreshing, low-angst tale in sea of drama filled new adult titles. As you can imagine I was excited to get my hands on Tease the second book. While I enjoyed myself and Jordan writes fleshed out characters, I was left disappointed that it had all of the trappings of a typical new adult novel.
The Bad Boy Billionaire: What a Girl Wants by Maya Rodale
What a Girl Wants is the third and final novella in the Bad Boy Billionaire tale. This is a modern day companion series to Maya Rodale’s Wicked Wallflower historical romance series. Together they make up her Bad Boys & Wallflower series. I am reading and enjoying both of them. What a Girl Wants was a sweet conclusion to the modern love story, and I enjoyed being caught in the rain with Jane and Duke.
All I Want Is You by Toni Blake
All I Want Is You is the first in a new series by Toni Blake called Coral Cove. It offered up a wonderful, hot romance wrapped in up in a small-town tale. Blake delivers characters who experience, personal growth. They learn to love and trust and find something magical in the process Blake took me on a journey that made me laugh, shed a tear, and leap for joy.
Finding It by Cora Carmack
Finding It by Cora Carmack is the third book in the Losing It series and perhaps deals with the most serious issues. I enjoy Carmack’s tales and quickly consumed this. Mini review: Troubled characters, a secret and traveling abroad made this an intense, heartfelt ride.
