Today I thought we would talk about Giveaways, making them work for you, the publisher, author and great tools to make it simpler to track entries and verify them. Giveaways can be a lot of fun, generate traffic to your blog, get a book/author noticed and build your presence in the blogging community. Before running them though it is important to follow state and federal guidelines.

If you follow Caffeinated, you already know I am a huge fan of Laura Kaye’s Hard Ink series. Hard to Hold on To is a novella that features Edward “Easy Cantrell” and the story picks up right where Hard As You Can ended. They are returning to the housing located about the Hard Ink Tattoo parlor after their last operation and Easy is helping Jenna Dean recover from the tragic events that occurred. Kaye packed a full novel punch into this novella that will leave readers satisfied and a little sweet on Easy. Enjoy my review and enter to win the international giveaway…
Each time I open up a new Transplanted Tale from Kate SeRine I know I am in for a treat and Ever After was delightful and suspenseful. From the King of Fairies to Merlin it was enchanting. We met Gideon Montrose in Along Came a Spider, and I like many wished for his story. SeRine gave him an excellent tale and introduced Arabella Locksley “Robin Hood” What? You thought Robin Hood was a man?

I was beyond excited to return to the Snow Crystal Resort in Vermont after my last trip there in November with Sleigh Bells in the Snow the first book in Sarah Morgan’s O’Neil Brothers series. Suddenly Last Summer shares Sean O’Neil and French chef Elise Philippe story and it was as yummy as the dishes she whips up. Suddenly Last Summer is full of heart, romantic moments and family you will want to call your own. It can be read as standalone but I guarantee you will want to read them all.
Lamb to the Slaughter by Karen Ann Hopkins offers readers a view into the small town of Blood Rock, Indiana that boarders and interacts with a local Amish Community. Hopkins delivers a murder mystery that has the new local sheriff navigating the two communities to catch a killer. Mini Review: fascinating whodunit with a side dish of romance….
Kate Serine’s Transplanted Tales have delighted me, and I was so excited for Grimm Consequences. This is a novella that takes place between Red and the Better to See You. It shares the back-story of Nate Grimm the sexy reaper who won Tess’s heart. Serine brought him to life and made me swoon, shed a tear and fall deeper in love with this reaper. Mini review: Fans of the series will be deeply satisfied with Nate’s tale.
The cover and synopsis of Atonement by B.J. Daniels sold me, and then after I realized it was the fourth book in the Beartooth, Montana series. Worries about jumping in late were quickly dismissed as each book can be read as a standalone. Daniels did an excellent job of reintroducing older characters and making me feel comfortable. Mini review: suspenseful, multiple story threads and a slow-building romance kept me captivated.
