Earlier this year I read and enjoyed the first novel in the Mind’s Eye series about psychic detectives Levi Wolf and Trudy Tucker. In Through His Touch, their relationship continues to grow as someone is killing off women in Levi’s life. Heavy on romance and Levi and Trudy’s romance this romantic paranormal suspense was engaging with fleshed out characters.
Echoes of Scotland Street by Samantha Young
Echoes of Scotland Street is the fifth book in the On Dublin Street series by Samantha Young. I love how Young allows me to slip right into her stories and that her characters wrap themselves around my heart. In Echoes of Scotland Street Cole Walker is all grown-up and ladies the boy is F-I-N-E, fine.
Tied by Emma Chase
I absolutely enjoyed Kate and Drew’s journey from the hilarious first book Tangled to Tied when we finally get our happily ever after. In typical Drew Evans’ fashion, the road is bumpy, sexy and hilariously complicated in Tied by Emma Chase, book four in the Tangled series. We get some heat, and I no lie my nook began to overheat. Oh-la-la.
Ruining Mr. Perfect by Marie Harte
I love the McCauley Brothers series by Marie Harte and Ruining Mr. Perfect gave us Cameron, the youngest McCauley’s story, along with a few side stories that gave it a small-town vibe. From page one Harte grabbed me, and I devoured this as I laughed, sighed and crossed my fingers. If you haven’t tried this series yet, I highly recommend it to fans of BROTHERS, *yummy brothers*, small-town feels, family and just the right amount of heat.
Broken by Laura Wright
Yeehah! We are back on the Cavanaugh ranch with Broken, the second book in the Cavanaugh Brothers series by Laura Wright. While each book deals with one of the yummy brothers, there is an unsolved murder mystery threaded throughout this series. Because of that I recommend the books are read in order. Broken focuses on James Cavanaugh the horse whisper and Sheridan O’Neil. The two met in a rainstorm in book one, and the sparks were electric.
