Maybe I am creepy, or maybe I should blame Darynda Jones but I have a thing for Reapers. Grave Destinations is the second book in the Grave Series by Lori Sjoberg. Her twist on why these souls are reapers, combined with suspense and romance have made this a fun series. Each can be read as a standalone, but each time we learn a little more about Fate, and the organization running this elite team of Reapers. Mini review: spicy but clean, suspenseful and action packed.
Holy Frigging Matrimony by Emma Chase
I absolutely adored Tangled by Emma Chase, and had to read, Holy Friggin Matrimony. Despite its short length, I thoroughly enjoyed spending more time inside Drew’s head.
A Cursed Moon by Cecy Robson
Are you reading the Weird Girl series by Cecy Robson? You should be! This is a wickedly good, action-packed; make you pull your hair out urban fantasy. It is a story I cannot get enough of……..
A Rake’s Midnight Kiss by Anna Campbell
I thoroughly enjoyed Seven Nights in a Rogue’s Bed the first book in the Son’s of Sin series by Anna Campbell and was delighted to begin reading A Rake’s Midnight Kiss. This time we get Sir Richard Harmsworth tale and what a fun romp it was. The tale and its characters quickly captured my attention leaving reality behind. Three word review: romantic, humorous and enchanting.
What Matters Most by Bette Lee Crosby
I have read and enjoyed a few of Bette Lee Crosby’s books and was delighted at the chance to read What Matters Most. Crosby brings her characters to life and shares with us friendship, change, growth and most of all “what matters most.” Three word review: touching, realistic, inspirational.
