Whoa nelly, Blood Rites proved to be a hilarious, action-packed and revealing tale as Harry takes on a case as a favor to Thomas, but something else is going on. Harry is determined to get to the bottom of it. It felt good to slip back into the world of Harry Dresden.

This series is brilliant. One of my favorite Sherlock Holmes retellings EVER! The Hollow of Fear  by Sherry Thomas is the third book in the Lady Sherlock series. I picked up all three audiobook versions, and FINALLY in November listened to them all for a challenge.

For the Duke’s Eyes Only by Lenora Bell is the second novel in the School for Dukes and features Lady India Rochester a forward thinking archaeologist and Daniel Bonds, the Duke of Ravenwood, a thrill-seeking antiquities hunter. Bell took me on quite the ride as she shared their past and revealed their secrets. From Paris to London the wicked banter and off the chart heat had me devouring their story.
