Annnd it is over * Hugs Chimera by Mira Grant and cries* I am going to miss the tapeworms. What, you think I am crazy? Chimera is the final book in Mira Grant’s Parasitology series and like its predecessors, it was brilliant with suspense, shivers and characters whom I have come to love.
Host by Robin Cook
I love reading a good medical thriller and was excited to dive into Host by Robin Cook. While the tale was engaging and the investigation into what was happening at South Carolina’s Mason-Dixon Hospital kept me flipping the pages, I had issues with a few things.
One King’s Way by Samantha Young
One King’s Way by Samantha Young is a novella that takes us back to the bar where the series On Dublin Street began and shares with us the romances of bartender Craig Lanaghan. Some of you may remember Craig and his outrageous flirting and smoking hot good looks. While this is #6.5 in the On Dublin Street series, this novella will work as a standalone.
Falling Into Bed with a Duke by Lorraine Heath
Falling Into Bed with a Duke is the first novel in Lorraine Heath’s all new Hellions of Havisham series. Humor, strong characters and a little mystery romance made this devilishly good tale delightful. I love discovering hellions and strong opinionated heroines who know exactly what they want ..or maybe not. Lorraine Heath writes characters that you connect with and root for. Come meet Minerva and Ashe..I dare you not to fall for them.
