It’s no secret that I love a good historical fiction and when Racing with the Wind came on tour, I jumped at the chance to review it. Regan Walker offers a delightful Regency romance filled with wonderful characters, spies, mystery and adventure. I became caught up in the tale and it kept me enthralled to the last page.
The Truth About Lord Stoneville by Sabrina Jeffries
One of my favorite go-to-feel-good genres is historical fiction. It can be a romance or a mystery, I love them all. When Danielle @Bookwhore shared The Truth about Lord Stoneville on her blog, I knew this was the perfect series for me. I adore series; in fact I am an addict. My favorite are the type that can also be read as standalone. They usually involve one family or a group of friends and each tale tells one character’s story.
A Rogue By Any Other Name by Sarah MacLean
A Rogue By Any Other Name is the first in the Rules of Scoundrels series and absolutely yummy. If you’ve been following my blog, you have read my reviews for MacLean’s Love by Numbers series and are probably aware that I adore this author and was sad to see the series end. Her tales captivate me, as they deliver feisty strong-willed heroines and the swoon-worthy men they tame. Imagine my delight when I realized this new series featured a character I met in the last one. I quickly consumed this and loved every delicious moment of it.
Ten Ways to Be Adored When Landing a Lord by Sarah MacLean
Ten Ways to Be Adored When Landing a Lord is the second book in Sarah MacLean’s Love By Numbers series. I absolutely love this series and the characters MacLean creates. Once again, I found myself swept away and consumed this in a single afternoon. I laughed, giggled, swooned and cried. Fans of historical romances, strong woman and swoon worthy men do not want to miss this series.
Nine Rules to Break When Romancing a Rake by Sarah MacLean
Nine Rules to Break When Romancing a Rake is the first novel in the Love by Numbers series by author Sarah MacLean. I read a review by Chrissie @ Once Upon aSeries and simply knew I had to read this novel. I hadn’t visited the ladies and gentlemen of the ton in quite some time and this novel delivered everything I hoped for and more. MacLean gave me feisty characters, hilarious antics and characters I adored.
