In Want of a Wife by Jo Goodman

I love westerns, historical novels and mail order bride tropes, so when the chance to read, In Want of a Wife by Jo Goodman came up I snagged it. Boy Howdy, am I glad I did. This historical romance had everything. Goodman spun a tale of ranch life, romance and then weaved a suspenseful plot around our heroine and hero. Lord of Scoundrels by Loretta Chase

Readers have hailed Lord of Scoundrels by Loretta Chase a favorite. It is the third book in the Scoundrels series and can be read as a standalone. I made a request to review the new audio release after some gentle persuasion by audio junkie pal, Loupe @ Hot Listens. I loved these characters and their wickedly delicious banter. I laughed, swooned and cannot wait to listen to it repeatedly. It has earned a place in my top ten reads.

Seducing Charlotte by Diana Quincy

Seducing Charlotte is the first book in the Accidental Peers by Diana Quincy. If you remember I reviewed and loved Tempting Bella #2 and Compromising Willa #3. Even though this is book one, it takes place after book three but before book two. Confused? No need to worry, each works deliciously as a standalone. Mini review: romantic, suspenseful, wicked banter and a strong heroine made this tale delightful.

Desperately Seeking Suzanna by Elizabeth Michels

Desperately Seeking Suzanna is the second book in the Tricks of the Ton by Elizabeth Michels. If you will remember I adored Must Love Dukes her debut novel and the first in this series. Guess What? I have a new favorite author to add to the historical romance genre. Michels not only delivered a romantic tale that held me spellbound she did something quite clever. Mini review: Fun, romantic, hot, and sweet. Humor made this tale delightful.
