I read Letting Go by Mira Banks the first in her Surrender trilogy and struggled to completely connect with characters. When I learned that Giving In would be Kylie’s story, I knew that I had to read it. With a childhood, steeped in violence and her skittish, attitude, I could not imagine her in a BDMS relationship. Banks delivered a heart-warming story with two damaged characters and I found myself rooting for this impossible romance.
He Belongs to Me by Theresa Rizzo
He Belongs to Me by Theresa Rizzo is classified as a contemporary romance but it is much more. Think Jodi Picoult or Kristin Hannah. The story has fleshed out characters and a heart-wrenching custody battle with unthinkable betrayals. He Belongs to Me will pull at your heartstrings and keep you engaged. Mini-review: Well researched with suspense, drama and fleshed out character
Always On My Mind by Bella Andre

The Bad Boy Billionaire’s Wicked Arrangement & Girl Gone Wild by Maya Rodale
The Bad Boy Billionaire’s Wicked Arrangement & Girl Gone Wild are part of the Bad Boys & Wallflowers series by Maya Rodale. The Bad Boy Billionaire’s are a contemporary romance companion series to May Rodale’s historical romances series The Wicked Wallflowers. It is actually quite clever.
Savor by Monica Murphy
Savor is the third book in the Billionaire Bachelors Club by Monica Murphy. This series has been fun, and I enjoyed this final book with its forbidden romance. Mini review: familiar tropes and lovable characters made this a fun, sexy read.
