The Rise of Magicks the final book in Nora Roberts’ Chronicles of the One was one of my most anticipated listens for 2019. I couldn’t wait to devour it. Powerful and action-packed, Fallon and her chosen team face evil.
I bought My Oxford Year by Julia Whelan on audio when it released without even reading the synopsis primarily to support Whelan whom I love as a narrator. And, of course, it sat on my Audible App for far too long.

I didn’t even realize this was an anthology when I purchased the Dresden Files on Audible. The anthology features Cold Case, Dresden 14.5 and focuses on Molly. Julia Whelan narrates and holy snowballs it was good. The Shadows Souls collection is a feast for audio and urban fantasy fans. Dark and delicious!
If you’ve never listened to an audiobook delivered by a full cast of characters, Birthday Suit is the romance comedy to grab. A “friends to lovers” romance that will make you swoon and laugh performed by a brilliant cast of beloved narrators! Bravo to Lauren and to these talented voices!
