Frost Burned by Patricia Briggs

The Mercy Thompson series is one of my favorites! I purchased Frost Burn on release day and was delighted when I finally had a chance to immerse myself in the world Patricia Briggs has created. Filled with non-stop action and suspense I consumed this in a single day. As always Briggs delivered exactly what I wanted. Sealed with a Curse by Cecy Robson

Reviews from peers led me to purchase Sealed with a Curse the first book in the Weird Sisters Urban Fantasy series and I finally read it during the Take Control of your TBR pile challenge in March. The Prophet by Amanda Stevens

Stepping back into the creep-tastic world of the Graveyard Queen once again sent shivers down my spine! The Prophet brings us witchcraft, malevolent spirits, and a fascinating look at root doctors. Amanda Stevens has become an auto-buy author for me and this series is one of my personal favorites.

Ever After by Kim Harrison

After reading two heartbreaking, tear evoking contemporary novels I was eager to step into the Ever After for a bit of fun, adventure and chaos. As the eleventh book in the Hollows series, Rachel Morgan, Ivy, Jenks, Trent and Al all kind of feel like family and I was excited to see what kind of mess Rachel would find herself in this time. The day-walking demon took me by surprise and this is perhaps one of my favorite books in the series to date.
