What Happens At Christmas by Victoria Alexander

I love holiday themed books, and this is the first I have read by Victoria Alexander, but I can assure you it will not be my last. What Happens At Christmas was a deliciously, hysterical, heart-warming tale that quickly put me in the holiday mood. I adored the characters the author brought to life in 1886 London and would love to meet them all again.

Trouble in Texas by Katie Lane

If you have been following my reviews you know how anal I am about reading books in order so when I downloaded and accepted an ARC of Trouble in Texas and discovered in was book four I was pretty darn nervous; in fact I kept shuffling it back in my reading pile..But holy hot cowboys am I glad the responsible side of me that keeps and honors commitments forced me to read it. Lane gave me a delightful tale that had me laughing, crying, giggling and sighing! This was a fast paced story, with wonderful characters that I connected too and had me buying the previous books in the series. Like a lot of the series I love each book can be read as a standalone and centers on a couple.

Mischief and Mistletoe is a collection of historical fiction romances set around the Yuletide season. This was a delightful collection and while I had favorites I can honestly say I enjoyed each and every tale by these talented authors.

His Christmas Pleasure by Cathy Maxwell

I am having a blast reading all of these holiday themed books and His Christmas Pleasure left a smile on my face. I saw a review from Felicia @ The Geeky Blogger’s Book Blog and thought the cover looked familiar. Sure enough this was on one of my bookshelves and I immediately began reading. It had elements I love; a feisty heroine, a rouge, an overbearing father and a marriage of convenience. I literally consumed this in a single afternoon.
