We have been unseasonably cold. Like, grab the winter coat cold. The Royals finished the school year on Thursday and we spent the day at the zoo on Saturday with our children and grandchildren. Stay Caffeinated and spread kindness.

I just got back after a week in Montana and catching up. Hope you get some nicer weather!
Aj @ Read All The Things!
We had a cold and rainy start to summer too. I didn’t mind. It made work less chaotic. I hope you’re having a great week!
Katherine
We are definitely colder than normal here but nowhere close to winter coat cold. I don’t envy you that! I hope you are having a great week!
Mary Kirkland
I wish it was cold here. It’s too warm here already.
Lydia C. Lee
It’s very cold here too. I’ve also dug out the big coat! The Suspicious things looks fun. Off to check out the audio book challenge.
Lark @ The Bookwyrm's Hoard
I love a good trip to the zoo! It was chilly here in NM last week, too — and very windy! It has warmed up now, and is just lovely.
Cindy's Book Corner
We have also been cold and wet! I am not sure what the JIAM audiobook challenge is, but will look into it. Have a great weekend!
Anne - Books of My Heart
Happy Memorial Day! We’ve been cooler but that’s gorgeous for us. It’ll be rain the next few days and then June will come in with the heat.
Emily @ Budget Tales Book Blog
It was got again here. A day of a bit of rain then nothing.
The zoo is always fun!
Have a great week!
Sophia Rose
A zoo day! How fun!
Have a happy Memorial Day and week, Kimberly!
Sophie
I really hope the weather will get warmer for you Kimberly! And the zoo sounds great!

We were also a bit cooler this week. I’m not complaining though because I know those 90s are coming. I love upper 70s weather.
Lisa Mandina (Lisa Loves Literature)
Yeah, we had some of the cooler weather this past week. And now lots of rain for the weekend. I’m ready for summer break too.
Becki
I’m stubbornly wearing shorts this weekend, but I’m cold. LOL My daughter is in her senior year, so she got out a week ago, but my son is in school til June 10.
Jodie | That Happy Reader
I hope it warms up where you live soon! Have a great week.
sjhigbee
Yes… that sounds about typical – the children break up for the holidays and the weather turns cold! I hope the coming week is warmer and you have a lovely time, Kimberly:).
Deb Nance at Readerbuzz
We’ve been unseasonably hot. Ugh. Trade ya?
Emma @ Words And Peace
Same here – Chicagoland: afte a week in the high 80s, we were back in winter clothes last week. Crazy and cruel
Jessica @ a GREAT read
Oh wow! That cold? We’ve been more “lucky” that are temps have been closer to 70 this past week which is insanely odd as usually its 90s. I am enjoying these last dog days of spring but I feel like the rest of the state is longing for that heat and humidity. I just hope that when it does come it doesn’t stay longer than usual! Lol.
Nice new read! That’s a new to me one but I hope you positively love it once you get to read it!
Here’s my StS
Have a GREAT day!

We had some dry and warm weather the past few weeks and it suddenly turned cold, windy and rainy these pas few days, quite the difference. That’s nice the Royals finished their school year and you had a fun day at the zoo.
Siran
Depending on where one is…. I wouldn’t say “unseasonably” 😆
Kimberly
For us it was.. lol
Lori
Cooler here this week to but next weekend looks promising. Our grands have at least a week left of school. Then I hope we can start to do some fun things.
Have a wonderful week!
Laurel-Rain Snow
Ooh, I am definitely not ready for cold weather! We are finally enjoying some hot weather.
Stay caffeinated!
Jill
Cold here too- I had to bring a blanket to read outside today!
