New York Times bestselling author Monica Murphy wraps up her sexy Billionaire Bachelors Club series with a wedding to remember. But this time, they’re not bachelors anymore, and the groom … is one of them. It’s Gage and Marina’s wedding day, but wedded bliss seems a long way off: Ivy’s just gone into labor. Marina’s missing her matron of honor. And Bryn’s giving Matt the silent treatment. It’s up to Archer, Gage, and Matt to make sure this day goes off without a hitch. But between brides and babies, there’s the not-so-little issue of the million-dollar bet to attend to. If only they can figure out who won … and who’s paying up. Is everyone a winner? Or will someone leave broke—and brokenhearted?

Coffee Pot Reviews

Welcome to Coffee Pot Reviews! These are short and sweet reviews done in the length of time it takes my coffee pot to brew! Today I am sharing Intoxicated a novella in the Billionaire Bachelor Club series by Monica Murphy. This one is clearly for the fans giving us more of our favorite couples and sharing what happen the with the bet. Did the winner collect?

I have thoroughly enjoyed the Billionaire Bachelor Club series feature three best friends who place a bet to give the last bachelor standing a million dollars. The first three books Crave, Torn and Savor give witness to each man’s fall. They are filled with humor, sexy times and characters I have come to adore. Set in wine country with fleshed out, complex characters I like many craved more and Murphy responded with Intoxicated. Within it’s pages we witness the birth of Ivy and Archer’s baby and it was delicious spending time with this couple again. It’s Gage and Marina’s wedding day and we get to witness it all from nerves to heated kisses. Then there is our last couple Bryn and Matt. Did they make it as a couple? Did Bryn overcome her self doubt? We already know Matt was the last man standing but did he collect? Intoxicated shares all! From tender moments, anxiety and wonder this tale was warm and funny. Intoxicated  is solely for the fans and will not work as a standalone. It is relatively short, and gives us pov’s from all of the characters and I quickly consumed it. If you didn’t get enough of Matt, Archer and Gage be sure and grab a copy.

Sexy, sexy! Gosh I hope I land me a billionaire too while I’m shopping at Kroger… NOT! Talk about wishful thinking. But man, these books sure does provide fantastical fantasies.

    • kimbacaffeinate

LOL, well since I landed my guy 26 years ago, I guess I need to hope you either makes himself one or hits the big lotto!

Crappity, crap, crap… I own this series and I STILL and WILL always love billionaires – I wonder why Red Iza gave them up?? Probably too glutted on them 🙁 So I really need to get to these!!! If only because Monica is so freakin’ cute in her author pic!!! Oh, and the fact that these are “Brew Approved” – go ahead, copyright that! I don’t mind (bwahahaha….)

    • kimbacaffeinate

I really need to read these. I love the whole premise so much, and that each book focuses one each guy. So much fun!!

    • kimbacaffeinate

Oh Kimberly, you’re so bad for my TBR pile! Every time I stop by I always add more, I’ve been wanting to read them since you started reviewing the series they sound like good summer reads for me.

I really enjoyed Intoxicated! I loved all of the tender, warm, and sweet moments, as well. I’m sad to see these characters go. Great Coffeepot Review Kim!!!

Oh it’s nice to have a good novella like that. I don’t read a lot of them except the author I already follow but I should check this one.

    • kimbacaffeinate

This was a fun series and the novella was a perfect touch

Ohhh, that’s a really interesting feature! How long does coffee brew anyway? I only get my coffee from a 3-in-1 sachet so I have no idea. I imagine it must be pretty short, so if I were in your shoes, I’d be writing real quick XD This sounds really interesting, but it’s probably something one should read if they read the previous books in a series. I’ll get to that someday! 😀

Less then five minutes. Perfect for reviewing novella’s or series books.

I really do need to try this author, maybe not this one first but one of her books…one of these days. I wonder if I will EVER be able to try all the great books and authors I want to?

Sounds like a great idea for a series. I know when I was trying to get published in romance, I heard repeatedly that readers love stories about tycooons, so this should do very well!

    • kimbacaffeinate

If they are genuine, and self-made or reject Daddy’s silver-spoon..then yes but I also like simple honest working class men like plumbers, carpenters and cowboys 🙂

  12. Livia

    Yummmm cover 😀
And this sounds awesome, I wanna give the series a go for sure! With this contemporary romance crush I’m having right now, it would make perfect sense xDD
