Sweet Potato Casserole & What Happens Under the Mistletoe
Today I am sharing Sweet Potato Casserole & What Happens Under the Mistletoe . This scrumptious casserole dish is one that I serve for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is to die for. It’s like dessert for dinner. Years and years ago when I worked in the corporate world we use to have pot lucks, and a gentleman from the IT department brought in this dish, and then was gracious enough to share the recipe. I will forever be thankful. Enjoy and be sure to check out my thoughts on What Happens Under the Mistletoe, this month’s book recommendation.
The Highlander’s Curse by Claire Delacroix
The Highlander’s Curse by Claire Delacroix is the second book in the True Love Brides series, which I have been listening to on audio. Narrated by Saskia Maarleveld this historical medieval romance with its paranormal twist is enchanting. FAE, curses, danger and true loves kiss made The Highlander’s Curse a pleasurable listen.
A Talent for Trickery by Alissa Johnson
A Talent for Trickery by Alissa Johnson is the first book in her historical romantic suspense series The Thief-Takers. I was excited to read this tale and I am happy to report it delivered. A Talent for Trickery was suspenseful and filled with delicious banter, danger and a murder mystery thriller that kept me reading late into the night.
A Wicked Way to Win an Earl by Anna Bradley
Set in England 1811, A Wicked Way to Win an Earl by Anna Bradley is the first in the Sutherland Scandals. Strong characters and a house party at the Sutherland estate made this regency romance a delight.
