Stories surrounding the holy grail intrigue me, and I wanted to hear Hearne’s take as told by Atticus O’Sullivan. The Chapel Perilous is the only novella not available on audio, so I picked up the eBook. As the last of the backlist of novellas that I picked up, Luke Daniels voice played in my head as Atticus does another favor for the god, Ogma.
Veiled Enchantments by Deborah Blake
Veiled Enchantments by Deborah Blake is the third novel in the urban fantasy series Veiled Magic. Character growth, a surprising twist and a mystery surrounding a haunting in Magnus’s Ulfhednar shapechangers community had me devouring this in a single lazy afternoon.
Staked by Kevin Hearne
My audio binge continues with Staked by Kevin Hearne is the eighth novel in the Iron Druid Chronicles. This is the most current novel in the series, excluding the novellas and will leave me waiting for the final book in this series, Scourged, which releases in April. *hangs head*
Shattered by Kevin Hearne
Shattered by Kevin Hearne is the seventh novel in the Druid Chronicles. I am continuing my audiobook binge thanks to the brilliant narration delivered by Luke Daniels. In Shattered, a new character, Owen Kennedy emerges and added wonderful humor. Of course, there is also plenty of danger and heart-pounding action.
Binding Magick by Debbie Cassidy
I’ve been devouring urban fantasy and when the first in the Witch Blood Chronicles came out on audio, I couldn’t resist. Binding Magick by Debbie Cassidy delivered an interesting start to the series with snark and a good-willed protagonist who lacks magic but finds herself in a bargain with a djinn.
