Last year, Kill the Queen, the first novel in the Crown of Shards made my top ten list. I worried going into Protect the Prince by Jennifer Estep that it might not live up to its predecessor. I need not have worried as Estep delivered in spades!
Wanderers by Chuck Wendig
One of my most highly anticipated books of the summer, Wanderers by Chuck Wendig. is the perfect for fans of The Stand.. Grab a cup of coffee and check out this addictive, dark, and terrifying tale.
One Bad Witch by Danielle Garrett
One Bad Witch by Danielle Garrett is the sixth novel in the Beechwood Harbor Magic Mystery series. Narrated by Amanda Ronconi each book is under six hours and contains a single mystery. Humor, a haunted manor and a quirky cast of characters offered an addictive listen.
Phoenix Unbound by Grace Draven
Phoenix Unbound by Grace Draven delivered an epic romance, nail-biting suspense, brutality, magic and more leaving me screaming for more!

A murder-mystery and 1920s Chicago Speakeasy? Come to momma. Murder Knocks Twice by Susanna Calkins, narrated by Sarah Naughton delivered a well-crafted tale that quickly transported me to Chicago and the world of a speakeasy.
