Little Miss Hazel and her mom, my daughter moved about six hours away this week. I miss them already. I’ve been listening to audios, and watching lots of TV and movies. I rewatched all of the Harry Potter movies, something I do whenever I am sick or sad…lol I only have one confirmed host for the HoHoHoRAT challenges. I’m so sorry they are moving so far away! I’m sure you are very sad. I’m glad Harry can cheer you up some. I’ve never even read the books or seen the movies.
Mary Kirkland
Aww I’m sure it’s going to be a change to be that far away form them.
Anne - Books of My Heart
Oh that will be different for you after having her near for so long. I hope the move is good for them though. It will give you a a break in routine.
JInjer
Oh wow…6 hours away must feel like the other side of the world. I’m so sorry!
Sophie
I can guess how sad you are to see your daughter moving farther away Kimberly. Six hours is not impossible to drive to but you won’t certainly not do it every weeks….
Becki
Our next door neighbors are a family with a little girl named Hazel 🙂 Hope you can still regularly visit with your daughter and her Hazel!
Rachel @Waves of Fiction
It’s so hard when family you’re close to moves away! My daughter moved about 4.5 hours from our then house about 6 years ago, right when she was about to give birth to our second grandchild! It was so hard because we’re really close. My heart goes out to you!
I really enjoyed Known to the Victim! Looking forward to your thoughts!

Awwww! I’m sorry they’re so far away now. Thank goodness for Facetime, right? My world is about to implode. But I’m hoping that means I’ll have more time to read. Eventually anyway.
Sophia Rose
Ah, having them now 6 hours away is sad, but hopefully the reason for it is good news. I was contemplating a Harry Potter viewing to see Maggie Smith in her professorial role. Hopefully this week will be better. 🙂
Lisa Howeler
I will send you an email about helping host.
I’m sorry your daughter and granddaughter moved further away. That’s certainly not fun!
Lark @ The Bookwyrm's Hoard
It’s so hard when your kids move far away. (And grandchildren, though I haven’t experienced that.) I hope you’ll still get to see them fairly often. Meanwhile, comfort books and movies are definitely a help.
Lisa Mandina (Lisa Loves Literature)
Ooh, that Bloodguard book is so pretty! I watch the HP movies when they’re on tv as a marathon, it’s my comfort watch I guess? It’s rough when people are far away that you want to see. I think about moving and how I could probably find a better job, but I can’t leave my mom right now, and wouldn’t want to miss out on my niece and nephew at this age, so will stay for now. Hope you have a better week!
Jessica @ a GREAT read
Aww! I’m sad to hear they moved so far away. Hopefully the move was for the best though.
Nice new reads! I’m curious about Cecy’s new book. I’ve loved her paranormal stuff but I haven’t quite decided if this book is for me or not. Also super curious about Delilah’s new book here too! I need to give her thrillers a try as I’ve a few of them in my TBR pile already! Lol.
Hope you enjoy all of the lovely new reads!

Robson’s book is amazing. I loved Delilah’s horror story and am currently listening to the one releasing in October.

Aw, I am so sorry to hear your daughter and granddaughter moved so far away!! You have every right to be sad. Being away from family is SO hard (currently our closest family is about 5 hours away). I hope you have a good week, enjoy your newest reads.
