We had lovely fall weather until Friday when a cold front moved it. Rain, sleet, snow on the grass and cold temps as October makes way for November. I am hoping it is at least dry for Halloween. Stay Caffeinated.

We had a lot of snow last week, but luckily it all melted before Halloween came around.
Maureen @ Maureen's Books
It’s been getting a lot colder here as well. I’m loving it honestly. 😀
Lark @ The Bookwyrm's Hoard
I think your cold weather is headed our way. Today it’s sunny and 83 degrees. It’s due to be 81 tomorrow, and a high of 54 on Tuesday, with rain. That will definitely make a dent on the number of trick-or-treaters we see. I hope the skies clear up for you by Halloween. Have a great week!
Anne - Books of My Heart
Our cold front is coming on Halloween with rain for that afternoon and evening. So I have to watch closely to see what garden items can be covered and which should be picked. It’s going to warm up at the end of the week, so hopefully you get that for Halloween. We’ll be review twins on Tuesday with the Kelley Armstrong book.
Meezan
Wow, and here in Maryland it’s been feeling like late spring. I’m looking forward to more fall-like weather this week. Have a great week and Happy Halloween! 🙂
Joann B Downie
Thank you!!
Sophia Rose
I think our Halloween night will be wet either with rain or snow based on forecast. I did my first leaf raking yesterday.
Have a good week and Happy Halloween, Kimberly!
sjhigbee
Blimey – you were dealing with really high temps not all that long ago! I hope it stays dry for Halloween – and hope you don’t all need thermals in those witchy costumes, Kimberly:).
Victoria
Wow, sleet and everything! We are going below freezing at night starting tonight, so I am bringing in a couple of plants. On Halloween, they are calling for snow flurries and possibly up to 1/2 an inch of snow!
Jamie @ The Fantasy Princess
I would love to see some snow here soon. 🙂 I hope you have a great week!
Vi @Inkvotary
Oh boy, next Tuesday is already Halloween. I see all the candies at the supermarkt but didn´t realize that we will celebrate it next week. Gosh, how time flies.
Sophie
I really hope Halloween’s weather will be dry for you and for us! Else poor kids!
A Voracious Reader
We were the opposite. Temps rose to the 80s and was sunny and dry. There’s a front coming though so we’ll drop back to more normal Fall temps Tuesday. So, might not be a dry Halloween.
Tânia@MyBookishSecret
I feel we skipped Autumn here in Portugal. I love rain, but after two weeks of non-stopping rain, I no longer remember what sunny days look like. Have a happy week!
Lola
I hope it will be dry for Halloween. We’ve been having some fall weather here as well, complete with plenty of rain, but at least it’s not too cold yet.
Stormi
It’s to early for this kind of cold weather, I am so not ready! 🙁
Emma @ Words And Peace
wow, snow! We had a couple days in the 80s this past week, crazy for Chicago, but great for me, lol. But frost coming tonight…
This children’s book looks lovely
S. J. Pajonas
Yeah, I don’t think it’s going to be dry for Halloween here, which is a bummer. We’ve had so much rain this fall!
Jodie
We’re experiencing colder than normal temperatures here too Kimberly and had our first frost this week. I hope you have a wonderful week ahead!
Cindy's Book Corner
Our cold front moved back in overnight. We have a chance of snow on Halloween night, which is crazy to me! Have a great weekend!
Kimber Li
Lovely books from everyone this week!👍🏻💕
Jessica @ a GREAT read
Funnily enough we had a bit of the opposite. It was still pretty warm, unseasonably warm for most of the week until yesterday when our cold front moved in at last! It was a little rainy but I was loving the cooler temps!
Ooh nice new reads! These are new to me ones but I hope you enjoy them!
Here’s my StS

Suzanne @Chick with Books
No snow here, but it sure has been cold! It warmed up to 80 though on Saturday so I can’t complain. I have been reading Jo Nesbo’s book too. Almost done, then I can read your review. So far I’m enjoying it. Have a great week!
Lisa Mandina (Lisa Loves Literature)
Same here! It’s wintery today! Stay warm!
Jill
It got hot here this week- close to 90 yesterday. Next week it will be in the 30’s! No wonder I’m sick all of the time.
Mary Kirkland
I hope there’s no rain on Halloween. It’s break windy here right now.
LORI CASWELL
Summer like here on Wednesday but it didn’t last. Some frost but no snow. I really hope winter holds off as long as possible and only lasts a short time. Who am I kidding, I live in Wisconsin 🙂
Have a great week!
Jinjer
Jealous. I’ve got the windows open and the fan blowing on me because it is warm and stuffy. lol
Siran
Supposed to be dry
Taylor @ Taylor Fenner’s Bookish World
We’re supposed to have snow in the morning on Halloween. I don’t think it will stick or accumulate though. Guess it’s time for us to grab a warm blanket and curl up with a good book or a bingeable show.
Maree
It’s been cold here too, even though it’s Spring. Have a great week.
Yvonne @ Socrates Book Reviews
I hope you have a great Halloween and a great week!
Laurel-Rain Snow
Ooh, your cold days sound so chilly! Enjoy some warmth.
