All books regardless of release were listened to during 2018. This year I managed to listen to 113 audiobooks. I listened to new releases but also dug into my TBR (to-be-read) pile. If I listened to multiple audiobooks in the same series, I only selected one for the top ten list, even if I love two or more. I did this to give you a diverse list rather than a shrine to beloved authors and listens. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy…
If you noticed, this year I also did a top favorite romance post. I felt the romances were overlooked due to the awesomeness of my Adult Top Ten Reads in 2015. As you can see Urban Fantasy, Fantasy and Paranormal ruled this year. I had such a good time reading all of these books, and hope you find your next favorite read below. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy!

I love listening to audiobooks and always have one queued up on my smartphone to listen at a moment’s notice. A few years ago I thought audios were a waste..why listen when you can read in less time. However, blogger friends insisted and then I listened to Written in Red by Anne Bishop narrated by Alexandra Harris. I discovered that with wireless earbuds I could listen when it was impossible to read. Mundane chores and activity suddenly seemed like opportunities to listen. Nowadays I always have an audiobook queued up and ready for listening. I listened to over 50 audiobooks in 2015 and listed below are my Top Ten Audiobook Listens for 2015. Grab a cup of cocoa and check them out. Just maybe your next listen is waiting here for you…..
It’s that time of year again, where I pull my hair out trying to select my top ten adult reads. As many of you know I read adult fiction in many genres, making my task incredibly difficult. Below is the list, I complied and you will notice all are not five cup of coffee reviews, but each book was memorable. 2014 was quite the year with favorite series ending and new to me author. I only scratched the surface of my TBR pile. Grab a cup of coffee, cocoa or tea and enjoy. You can click on any title to read my full review. Maybe you will find your next read….
I read three hundred books in 2013 and quite a few were from the Young Adult shelves. My favorite genres for YA tend to be dystopian, paranormal, fantasy, historical and horror. I read some fantastic books this year and bringing the list down to my top ten favorite reads was not an easy task.
