The Warrior’s Prize by Claire Delacroix is the fourth and last book in the True Loves Brides series. Once again, I chose to listen to the audiobook narrated by the lovely Saskia Maarleveld. Her lilt is perfect for the narration and her voice just pulls me into this story. The Warrior’s Prize ended up being my favorite book in the series.

Waking Amy by Julieann Dove is the first in a three book series called Amy. Dove provided a wonderful story of self-discovery. The tale that unfolds is one that I easily slipped into and devoured in two-sittings. Filled with heart, growth and promises Waking Amy is the perfect novel for a lazy Sunday afternoon.

I have read and enjoyed Jenni Moen’s contemporary romances and was eager to try her latest a paranormal romance. Dearborn is a standalone paranormal romance set in the world of Woodland Creek, Indiana. Woodland Creek is a town where the ley-lines attract all types of shifters and supernatural folks. Dearborn drew me in with its magical elements, secrets, romance and unique characters.
