I have read and enjoyed Jenni Moen’s contemporary romances and was eager to try her latest a paranormal romance. Mercury Striking is the first novel in Rebecca Zanetti Scorpius Syndrome series an intense post-apocalyptic romantic suspense that I devoured. Zanetti is an author I have been meaning to try and when I saw this was a new series in a post-apocalyptic setting, I knew it was fate. Action packed, with strong alpha males and snarky, intelligent women Zanetti started this series off with a bang.
Unraveled by Jennifer Dawson is a novella in the Undone series. Dawson brings us substance, as this is a lengthier novella at one hundred and thirty-nine pages. While I loved seeing the previous couples, it was Ruby and Chad that left me craving more.
The Frost Maiden’s Kiss by Claire Delacroix is the third novel in the True Love Brides series and was narrated by the talented Saskia Maarleveld. Delacroix takes us to Ravensmuir where Malcolm has returned to rebuild his ancestral home before time runs out. Engaging, surprising and filled with twist I found myself enchanted by The Frost Maiden’s Kiss.
