This week my oldest turns thirty-five, and damn if that doesn’t make me feel old! I am still suffering from tailbone pain. However, I bought a pillow like someone suggested last week, and that has helped with driving and sitting down to dinner. We had a snowstorm hit on Thursday, shutting down school on Thursday and Friday. I finished and filed our taxes, and I am glad to have that out of the way. Stay caffeinated, & spread kindness.

Always good to get the taxes done and over with. I’m sorry about the lingering tailbone pain. That always takes so long to go away. Hopefully the pillow will help. Happy birthday to your oldest! My mother takes my aging way harder than I do! It always gives me a giggle. Have a great week!

  2. Sarah

I hope your tailbone soon feels less bruised – it’s such a painful place! Glad the pillow is helping. Hope the glow of completing your taxes contributes to a great week:).

Oh man, kid milestones can be grueling on the ego. LOL
I’ve used a nice cushion now and then. Way to go checking off the taxes! We’ve got all our papers gathered so we’ll file this week.

    Have a good week, Kimberly!

My only will turn thirty this year and I’m older than you. Congrats on handling those taxes. I have all the paperwork, the last 1099 I need but won’t get to it until March with the poll greeting and windows this week. I hope you feel better soon.

Now that I’ve moved South, those snowstorms come less frequently. Yesterday in SC, we actually had 75 degrees, but will be back to much colder this week ahead. Back in my hometown in CT, they are prepping for a blizzard this week! It’s been crazy weather this winter, but I am looking forward to Spring! Have a great week!

We had snow on Thursday, too. The town basically shut down as well! Hope your tailbone feels better. I fractured mine years ago and it was slow healing so you have all my sympathies! Have a wonderful week!

Glad the pillow is helping. I have a tailbone pillow I’ve been using in my car for years. It has made such a difference. Congrats on getting your taxes done and Happy Birthday to your oldest! 🙂

My eldest spawn is 40, so I know how you feel. Like, there is no WAY I’m old enough for that! LOL Tailbone pain is the worst! As I learned several years ago when I bruised mine sledding. Hopefully it’ll be gone soon. I need to consult someone for my taxes this year since the ex and I are still only legally separated and not actually divorced yet. Ugh. Why does shit have to be so complicated? I hope you have a great week, Kim!

  9. Jessica @ a GREAT read

Sorry to hear the tailbone is still hurting! Wishing you a speedier recovery on that front! I worked on my taxes as well this weekend! They’re still pretty simple since I am still house hunting.

Nice new read! That’s a new to me one but I hope you love it once you get to read it!

Good to hear the pillow helps with your tailbone pain and hopefully the pain will be fully gone soon. Happy birthday to your daughter! I hope you have a good week!
