Turned fifty-six yesterday and cake was devoured. I binge watched The Rings of Power and am loving it. We watched Hocus Pocus 2. I read and listened to some good books and wrote my reviews within 24 hours. Yippee! Fall weather has settled in but I am still wearing my flip-flops..lol Now that October is here, have you signed up for the Fraterfest Readathon? Stay Caffeinated.

    A very happy birthday, Kimberly! And I love the fact it’s still mild enough for you to be wearing flip flops – I had to abandon mine after 3 months solid wear some weeks ago, sadly. I’m going to be checking out the Richard Osman review – I loved the last book and have promised myself the audio version of the latest one:).

    Happy birthday! Mine is this month as well. Sounds like a relaxing day! I’m still wearing shorts during the day sometimes here as we are still having 80 degree weather. Ugh. But it’s cooler at night and hopefully by the end of the week staying in the cooler temps during the day too. Looks like some good books! Where Darkness Bloom’s cover looks similar to another book from a few years ago, Horrid? Are they by the same author? Anyway, have a great week!

    It’s definitely getting chillier here – I’m finding I’m sitting under a blanket more often than not, a second layer has already gone on and I’m fast contemplating a third layer. The trees are all looking so pretty though
