For some reason, this week felt super long. Maybe because the Royals had no school for three days. We had fun and watched way too much of Encanto. I read, listened, visited blogs, and ignored my growing piles of reviews. I plan to turn everything off and focus on them today. Our weather goes from frigid to ooh, is it spring? So of course we all have head colds! LOL Elbow hugs! Stay Caffeinated.

I’m tempted to watch Encanto because it’s EVERYWHERE. I want to know what the hype is about. I hope you’re having a good week.
Literary Feline
I hope you and your family’s head colds are short lived! My allergies have been acting up a storm as of late. I’m sure the crazy weather doesn’t help. Your new books all look good. I am looking forward to Chanel Cleeton’s in particular. I hope you have a great week!
Lorna
I can’t believe it’s already almost spring! Today it’s 64 degrees and I went out in my winter coat. Had no idea. Supposed to get up to 70 one day this week. Unreal.
Melanie (@AudiobookMel)
Weather here is crazy too. I was talking to a friend who said that “Mother Nature is going through menopause.” It was the best description of weather lately that I’ve heard. Have a wonderful week.
Katherine
Those no school weeks always seem crazy long because you aren’t on your regular routine and there isn’t long enough to find another routine so it’s just chaos. Or at least that’s the way it is in my house! Our Last Days in Barcelona looks wonderful and pretty much every book by the author is on my TBR. Have a wonderful week.
vidya
The week ahead is looking like that for us (no school for the whole week for my high-schooler – ski week; and my freshman is home for the long weekend… though he is heading back tomorrow)…
I love the title – In My Dreams I Hold a Knife!! intriguing..
MarthaE
Being with the little ones is fun but can be tiring too.
That kind of up and down weather does tend to cause havoc with colds and sinus.
I hope everyone gets better quickly.
I hope your day of reviewing was productive.
Have a good week and Happy Reading!
Emma @ Words And Peace
Intriguing titles in your new arrivals, I hope you enjoy them.
Have a great week! Yes, Spring teasers can be dangerous, and maddening!

I hope you had a fun and productive day reviewing books!

Wow, this is a popular meme! May not get to everyone’s blog tonight, but will try to tour the blog tour throughout the week. My first time with you all, although I was an active book blogger back 15 years ago! Crazy. Time to reconnect with everyone. Have a great week.
Carole @ Carole's Random Life
I cannot wait to read Heroic Hearts and Our Last Days in Barcelona. We had an ice storm on Thursday and 60 degree temps today. I am ready for spring to get here and stay!
vvb
Our Last Days in Barcelona sounds good right about now. Enjoy.

time is going too fast for me. lol
Anne - Books of My Heart
I’m finally a bit caught up after hunkering down yesterday. I hope you feel better soon. We have stayed in and worn masks so we haven’t had anything for more than a year. That’s harder to do with kids in school and more family local. It’s not a hardship pre se, although I enjoy travel, but I also enjoy the quiet and time to myself, and of course reading.
Mary Kirkland
Our weather has been doing that too. It was close to 80 and then got cold again. We call that second Winter.
Lisa Mandina (Lisa Loves Literature)
I finally watched Encanto this week. It was good, but I cried at the beginning because I kind of got where she was coming from with feeling like she wasn’t a part because she hadn’t done what everyone else had. I’m glad I watched it alone instead of with my niece and nephew though, lol. Have a great week!
Shelleyrae @ Book’d Out
I’m so behind with reviews this week too! I might reward myself with watching Encanto if I get them all done.
Wishing you a great reading week
jessicabookworm
Glad you had fun spending time with the ‘Royals’ while they’ve been off school this week. I hope you get over your head colds soon and catch up with those reviews though. Take care and happy reading in the coming week. 🙂
LORI CASWELL
It is strange. We have had no grandchildren weekends lately. Our oldest grandson wanted to come up this weekend but the snow squall kept him at home.
Good Luck on the reviews. I hope your thoughts flow easily.
Berls
Good luck with your review writing! And yeah, having the royals home when they usually are at school definitely would make the week seem longer -kids are wonderful but energy sucking lol! Have a great week!
Samantha, The Book Disciple
Our weather has been wild too. This week its gonna be 60 for 2 days, then snow.
Wendy
I hope you all feel better soon. Our Last Days in Barcelona sure looks good. I hope you enjoy it!
Lover of Romance
I swear I am always behind on reviews so I definitely feel you on that one there lol Hope you are able to caught up on those.
And I can’t wait for spring.
Lola
Good luck with writing all those reviews! I am looking forward to spring too, this winter sure felt long. We had two storms cross our country this week. I also got Hunt the Stars for review, but then the ecopy version. I look forward to reading it. I hope you’ll have a good week!
Jen at Introverted Reader
We have vague plans to watch Encanto tonight now that Olympics competitions are over.
Our weather is swinging wildly too but I’m just glad to feel like spring is on the way.
Enjoy your week!
Louise Hallett
I’ve heard good things about Hunt the Stars so I hope you enjoy it. It’s on my TBR list.
Joann
Looks like another good week for you!!
S. J. Pajonas
I can’t wait for spring! Less than a month now!! I hope you all feel better soon. <3
Jessica @ a GREAT read
Oddly our weather is suppose to get a little warmer for a few days and goes back to winter on Wednesday. I’m one of the only weird people who doesn’t mind winter. I actually prefer the colder temperatures, they’re just so much more relaxing to me. As long as I don’t have to drive anywhere in the snowy mess! Lol. But I am definitely one who can easily deal with cold than unbearable heat which I feel like is just around the corner.
Nice new reads! I enjoyed Hunt the Stars! I still need to read Jessie’s previous series before this new one. Hope you enjoy all of your lovely new reads!
Here’s my StS
Have a GREAT day!

I have so many reviews and I haven’t even read any books for a few weeks. I’m going to try to get caught up with my blog today. *sigh* Good luck with yours!

I’ve also managed to pick up a stinking cold, feel so bunged up!!!
Mia @ Genre Books and Me
Kelley Armstrong and Deanna Raybourn, yes! And I’ve been wanting to read a Chantel Cleeton for months–that cover, wow! Wish I was there (and that I looked like that lol). If I remember correctly they are stand-alones.
SJ
The warm snap here was just a tease. Yes I’m pouting. LOL. I really can’t wait till spring. Hope everyone feels better soon.
Emily @Budget Tales Book Blog
Oh no for head colds. It has been getting colder here then we had Storm Eustice causing havoc! Half term is over so my partner is back at work tomorrow. It went quick and slow all at the same time! The day we didn’t have power due to the storm was long…
Jenni Elyse
Sorry everyone has a head cold. The weather here has been the same and my kitties are in the same boat your family is. 😿
Tessa
Good luck with your reviews today. Have a great week!
Lark @ The Bookwyrm's Hoard
Our weather has been bouncing between winter-ish and spring-ish, too. Looks like Monday will be gorgeous, so I hope to get out and enjoy it!
Yvonne @ Socrates Book Reviews
Sounds like a busy week. I hope your colds are getting better! Have a great week!
Sophia Rose
Yes, that would make a week feel long. Our weather will be a bit of everything from frigid to mild and back to frigid this next week. I got a few of the same books in my haul, too. Cheering you on with your reviews.
Have a good week, Sophia!
Laurel-Rain Snow
Sounds like a fun week. Too bad about the colds, though. I hope you catch up with everything still undone!
Kelly Lyn @ Lifestyle of Me
