I love a good romantic suspense and when you add in a Texas Ranger, I get curious. Foster Justice is the first in Colleen Shannon’s Texas Ranger series and despite not connecting to the romance the case itself kept me flipping the pages.
Hard to Come By the third book in the Hard Ink series by Laura Kaye is hands down one of my favorites. Derek and Emile’s story is sweet and hot and we gain more insight into the overall ARC situation. I love spending time with this motley band of brothers and the woman who steal their hearts.
I adore Nora Roberts novels from her books filled with paranormal woo-woo to her romantic suspense and everything in-between. Honestly, I think I have read every one of her books since I was a teen. While they are not always, my favorite books I can whole-heartedly claim I enjoyed them all. The Collector for me was exceptional, with its interesting, quirky heroine to the suspense-filled tale that had me flipping the pages and losing track of reality.
Unknown Assailant by Lina Gardiner offers up a fast moving cat and mouse chase that I quickly consumed. At around two hundred pages, this romantic suspense is the perfect afternoon escape.
One Night More is the first book in the U.S. Marshals series by Mandy Baxter. It’s a romantic suspense featuring a hot U.S. Marshal and feisty reporter. If you are looking for a perfect escape romance One Night More is sure to please.
