Tamed by Emma Chase

Can I just have a moment to fan girl? Squeeeee! Ok, I feel more in control. I am in love with this author and series. The third in the Tangled series by Emma Chase, Tamed gives us yet another male perspective and I abso-friggin-lout-ly love the way Chase fleshes out her characters. They are snarky, genuine, raw and make me giggle: snort like nobody’s business!

Lord of Scoundrels by Loretta Chase

Readers have hailed Lord of Scoundrels by Loretta Chase a favorite. It is the third book in the Scoundrels series and can be read as a standalone. I laughed, swooned and cannot wait to listen to it repeatedly. It has earned a place in my top ten reads.

Unique, quirky characters, wicked banter and meddling souls abound in this warm historical romance. Each of the books can be read as a standalone, but each is worth a read. Mini review: Humorous, romantic, and sweet. Quinn swept me up, and I thoroughly enjoyed the ride.

Christmas, was delightful with its busy bodies, quaint shops and a bar called the Penalty Box.. The tale was romantic, with humor, lessons and of course the spirit of Christmas. Mini review: humor, snowflakes, a little drama and romance made this a sweet afternoon read by the fire.

Man Made Boy by Jon Skovron

Man Made Boy by Jon Skovron is a retelling of the classic Frankenstein featuring Frankenstein and the Bride’s son Frank. Skovron introduces a mix of genres in this paranormal romance, from cyberpunk to fantasy. At its heart, it is a coming of age story, with life lessons and first experiences. Mini review: quirky, intriguing and for the young at heart.
