I devoured Bookshops & Bonedust by Travis Baldree as soon as it released. I love the world and characters he has created. Narrated by the author, this story takes us back to Viv’s past when she was just starting out as a mercenary. Brilliant from beginning to end, fantasy fans will want to grab this one.
Meddy Chan is getting married, and the Aunties have the perfect wedding planners for them. But Meddy’s perfect day turns upside down when the Mafia gets involved in Four Aunties and a Wedding by Jesse Q. Sutanto. Narrated by Risa Mei, it offered a fun, quirky mystery with plenty of shenanigans that kept me listening.
The cute cover, STEM nerds, and fake relationship trope with a twist had me grabbing The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood. I am glad that I did because I loved this adorkable romance.
Narrated by Avi Roque, Cemetery Boys by Aiden Thomas delivered a culturally rich Latinx fantasy surrounding the day of the dead. Family, acceptance and romance enhanced this vibrant tale.
OMG..all the feels! I. Loved. This. Seriously, The Bride Test by Helen Hoang was sexy, sweet, funny and so swoon-worthy! You need to lock yourself in a room and devour it!
