Black Diamond by Susannah Sandlin is the second book in the romantic suspense series Wilds of the Bayou. Set in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana Sandlin shares a serious case that has the DEA and local wildlife agents scrambling as Gators beginning acting strangely. Deadly Silence by Rebecca Zanetti

I’ve been enjoying Rebecca Zanetti’s Scorpius Syndrome series, so when I saw she had a brand new series and it contained the word ‘brothers’ I of course jumped Unbeknownst to me, Deadly Silence is a spin-off series for Sin Brothers. Shadow Silence by Yasmine Galenorn

Shadow Silence is the second book in the Whisper Hollow fantasy series by Yasmine Galenorn. While it looks like this is the last book in the series to be published by Berkeley/NAL, Galenorn plans to continue the series and I could not be more thrilled. From the town on Crescent Lake known as Whisper Hollow to the folklore I love this series and its characters.
