Into the Blue by Chanel Cleeton is the second novel in the Wild Aces series about a crew of F-16 pilots and their romances. While each book will work as a standalone, the camaraderie between these men adds an element best enjoyed in order. Into the Blue delivered a heated second chance romance with depth as it brilliantly highlights issues regarding PTSD.
One of my favorite things about following an author is seeing their growth as a writer. I fell in love with Cecy Robson reading her urban fantasy series Weird Girls, and followed her in her endeavors in contemporary romance. While I enjoyed her Shattered Past series, and hit pay dirt with the O’Brien Family series but she blew me away with Inseverable.
Thanks to Lionsgate I received a DVD copy of The Choice a movie adapted from the novel of the same title by Nicholas Sparks. With a coastal setting, wicked banter and a sweet romance my daughter and I were quickly pulled into the movie. Grab tissues and some truffles because in typical Sparks fashion he asks us how far would you go to keep the hope of love alive?
Fly With Me by Chanel Cleeton is the first in a new contemporary military romance called Wild Aces. The series will feature men from the U.S. Air Force squadron the “Wild Aces.” Fly with Me features thirty-three year old career pilot Noah Miller and Jordan Callahan a thirty-year-old clothing boutique owner who meets Noah while on a bachelorette party for her baby sister is Vegas. Sexy, heated and filled with heart, tears and swoons I devoured their story in a single sitting.
Let Me by Cecy Robson is the second book in the O’Brien Family series and there are crossover characters from her Shattered Past series that fans will appreciate including Finn our hero in Let Me. I love the O’Brien family to pieces and trust me these brothers are HOT!!! While part of a series, Let Me will work as a standalone and delivered characters who will make you smile, weep and reach for truffles.
