I picked up Big Rock by Lauren Blakely on audio for two reasons. The first reason was a review by Book Nympho and the second was the narrator Sebastian York. I was in the mood for a sexy, fun, romantic comedy. Not since Drew Evans from Tangled have I laughed so hard at a male POV. Sexy, humorous and oh so sweet Big Rock delivered the perfect escape.
Under the Desert Sky by Sara Luck is a historical romance set in the Arizona frontier. It offers a standalone fade to black romance with a strong heroine, suspense and ostriches. Well-paced with interesting character and a picturesque setting I quickly devoured Under the Desert Sky.
Debauched by Jennifer Dawson is the third book in the Undone series, a contemporary erotic fiction series with BDSM elements. While this is part of a series, Debauched will work as a standalone. Hot, sweet and filled with character growth Debauched offered a delicious romance. Dawson can make a brief kiss incredibly sexy.
How the Duke Was Won by Lenora Bell is the first novel in the Disgraceful Dukes series. I devoured this delicious tale in a single afternoon. Funny and swoony worthy How the Duke Was Won delivered loveable characters as we watched wagers being bet and witnessed the Duke’s fall.
Let Me by Cecy Robson is the second book in the O’Brien Family series and there are crossover characters from her Shattered Past series that fans will appreciate including Finn our hero in Let Me. I love the O’Brien family to pieces and trust me these brothers are HOT!!! While part of a series, Let Me will work as a standalone and delivered characters who will make you smile, weep and reach for truffles.
