While I adore Mercy Thompson, the Alpha & Omega series is my favorite series by Briggs. Burn Bright by Patricia Briggs is the fifth book in the Alpha & Omega series and take place in the same world as the Mercy Thompson series. Burn Bright packed a wallop and kept me on edge. I lost myself in the story and devoured it in one sitting.
PLEASURE OF A DARK PRINCE by Kresley Cole is the ninth novel in the Immortals After Dark series and my latest addiction. Between the narrations of Robert Petkoff and the colorful characters Cole introduces us to, I have become quite the Cole fan. When I put my headphones on and begin listening the rest of the world slips away as these characters, the action and the heated romance spring to life
RED FOX by Karina Halle is the second novel in the Experiment in Terror series. Jo Raylan continues to narrate and I am happy to report RED FOX was a stronger, creeper tale than its predecessor. Myths, supernatural occurrences, awkward moments and Perry’s rambling mind made for a page-turning listen.
Annd it’s over! ONE SECOND by Dannika Dark is the final book in the Seven series. Although there are two novellas. Narrated by Nichole Poole, ONE SECOND took us back to Lexi and Austin’s story while giving us a suspenseful, heart-stopping tale as the Weston pack and others find themselves on the brink of war. Dark delivered everything a fan could hope for as she wrapped up this series.
I am continuing my audiobook listen of the Seven series by Dannika Dark. THREE HOURS is the fifth book in this paranormal romance series featuring members of the Weston pack. Dark pairs Wheeler, a grumpy tattooed wolf and Naya James, an exotic kitty in this “haters to lovers” romance that had me listening into the wee hours.
