Marrow by Tarryn Fisher with its clever cover and tempting synopsis found its way into my TBR pile. A recent blogger review bumped it up my pile and I devoured it during the March Take Control of Your TBR Challenge. Twisted, addictive, dark, brilliant and gritty I devoured Marrow.
So I needed an Ilona Andrews fix and decided to begin Fate’s Edge, the third Edge book narrated by Renee Raudman while I was traveling and attended BEA. It was the perfect listen. I would plug my earphones in each night and lose myself for thirty minutes. Andrews draws me into this crazy world and creates characters that become real as their stories unfold.
Rise written by Mira Grant and narrated by Christine Lakin and John Glouchevitch delivers eight novellas surrounding the world created in the Newsflesh trilogy in one collection. Two of these stories have never been published sharing Michael and Stacy Mason’s story and a fan requested epilogue for Georgia and Shaun Mason.
Into the Light written by Aleatha Romig, is the first novel in The Light series a dark mystery thriller surrounding a cult, murder and missing woman. After Braine @ Talk Supe introduced me to the series, I was delighted to be able to review the audiobook. Narrated by Kevin T. Collins, Erin deWard and Noah Michael Levine, Aleatha Romig took me on one heck of a thrilling ride.
Deceived by Kate SeRine is the first book in the romantic suspense series Dark Alliance. This modern-day Templars and Illuminati story quickly pulls the reader in with it’s intense storyline and heated romance. I adored the characters and loved the secret societies and power plays wrapped around this romance.
