Murder, a stellar narrator, and a girl with two-hearts how could I resist The Impossible Girl by Lydia King? A brilliant tale from start to finish I quickly became caught up in Cora’s tale. Fans of historical fiction, romance, suspense and murder-mysteries will want to grab a copy.

Hero Next Door tempted me with the single Military Dad trope. I am a sucker for a single daddy. This was my fist Lara Swann book. She provided a nice balance of adorableness, suspense and wicked heat. I chose to listen to new me to narrators, Veronica Worthington and John Lane.

The Rehearsal Dinner and The Reception are part of The Wedding From Hell trilogy by J.R. Ward. They are free digital stories and a prequel to Consumed the first full-length novel in J. R. Ward’s Firefighters, romantic suspense series available October 9th. I love that the author and Simon & Schuster gave us insight into these firefighters, the crew and town.
