I enjoyed Chalk Man and was excited to dive into The Hiding Place by C.J. Tudor. Narrated by Richard Armitage, Tudor’s second novel offered a spin-tingling, creepy suspense with some supernatural elements that reminded me of Pet Sematary by Stephen King.

Changes by Jim Butcher
I took off my headphones and screamed, “Holy Shit!” or a slightly more colored variation, but people, Changes by Jim Butcher, the twelfth novel in the Harry Dresden Files was intense, mind-blowing, hilarious, heartbreaking and full of twisted fu@kery. Yeah ok, I liked it.
A Dangerous Collaboration by Deanna Raybourn
A Dangerous Collaboration is the fourth Veronica Speedwell novel by Deanna Raybourn. Once again she treats us to a suspenseful mystery. The interactions between Veronica and Stoker. were both frustrating and exciting!
Slow Ride by Lori Foster
Slow Ride by Lori Foster is the second novel in her Road to Love romantic suspense series featuring two brothers and their family and friends. After reading an excerpt in the back of book one, I was excited for Jack Crews and Ronnie Ashford’s romance. Foster did not disappoint.
