The Ho-Ho-Ho Readathon is progressing well. I’ve read about a dozen books/audios so far and am loving it. It has been bitterly cold this week, with snow and ice. Today we are celebrating Hazel’s fifth birthday. For the rest of the month, I have a post every day except on Christmas. I am not even reviewing all the books I have devoured this year. My November numbers are: 24 books read/listened to, 229 Goodreads, and 142 Audiobook Challenge (I’ll reach my goal of 150 this year). Stay Caffeinated, spread kindness and if you are able, donate to your local food bank.

Wow, your November reading went really well. That’s awesome. We are also experiencing super cold weather at the moment. Hopefully, it’ll let up soon. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Sarah
Brrr… snow and ice!!! We’ve lots of rain and wind – but so far no lingering frosts or sub-zero temperatures and I’ll be glad if it stays that way. Birthday greetings to Hazel – I can’t believe she’s five already! Hope the coming week is a good one and that you continue to recover. Those reading stats of yours are truly impressive!
Mary Kirkland
Happy birthday, Hazel. Good luck with your challenges.
Katherine
Happy birthday Hazel! I hope she had a wonderful day. I’m spending December frantically catching up. This has definitely not been one of my best reading years. Have a wonderful week!
Carla@CarlaLovesToRead
Happy Birthday to Hazel. I have been enjoying my Christmas reads. I’ve read or listened to 12 so far during the Ho Ho Ho Readathon. Enjoy your week, Kimberly.
Lisa
Happy birthday to Hazel! Hope you have a great, and not too cold, week!

I have reviewed most books I have read this year, but I have had some downtime, so I passed on several. Sometimes I just don’t feel up to it.

Happiest of birthdays to little Hazel! 🎂
I run a Facebook group for community support services and I have I never seen the likes of the outpouring of food and winter coats and accessories giving than I have during this SNAP emergency and beyond. The community free food giveaways, dinners and free winter clothing closets are still going strong after Thanksgiving. I hope this continues all throughout 2026 after the holidays are over. Thank you for reminding people to continue to donate food. ❤

Ah, cheers, Hazel!
Wow, way to go reading so many and knocking out the challenge. I’m hoping to hit the number soon too. Loving the HoHoHoRAT!

Cindy's Book Corner
I have switched to doing very short reviews, especially on the books that I just don’t care for. There’s too much going on to keep up with it all. Happy birthday! have a good week.
Steph

Happy Birthday Hazel! It’s been chilly here, but only a little sleet. I have 49 books that need review, but I have no idea when I’ll get to them. It’s a 2026 goal. lol This year has just sucked in the reading department. I’m pushing the home interior stuff, trying to get everything settled before Dec 31st so I can get back to a more normal routine. One can hope, right?

Happy Birthday to Hazel! I’m hoping to try the audiobook challenge this year. I’m starting to get into them again.
Have a great week!

Happy Birthday to miss Hazel Kimberly!

I was wondering why I was the first to post a link, then I read some of the comments and realized! Happy birthday to Hazel! I tend to get all my reviews done now that I do my little review posts every month. Not always though! I’m doing well on my Ho-Ho-Ho Read-a-thon goals too, but haven’t been able to go participate in any of the fun challenges to go with it! Hoping maybe this week if life can get back to semi-normal I can. Have a good week!

Hope Hazel has a wonderful birthday!

We’ve had a lot of snow this week also. It’s finally starting to melt, but now the challenge is keeping the mud out of my house.
Happy Birthday, Hazel!
