We celebrated Easter on Saturday with the kids & grandkids. We did a backyard Easter Egg Hunt and enjoyed a ham dinner. Today, it’s just me and Mr. C. We will be making some homemade meatballs and Italian gravy. I am feeling better despite fatigue but some changes in meds after my annual blood work should help. Temperatures are all over the place, but currently rainy and cold. Stay Caffeinated.

It’s just spaghetti sauce, made with tomatoes, lots of garlic, basil and spices. For some reason Jersey Italians call it gravy.

Sounds like you had a lovely Easter. We saw my Dad on Friday,my Mum on Saturday and my partner’s parents today 😂 lots of eggs and food plus a couple of Easter Egg Hunts!

The weather here has been fairly good. We shall see what the rest of the school holidays will be like!!

    Have a good week ahead!

We did our big family Easter dinner early on Friday night so it was just us today, too. Nice haul especially the antho stories.

Happy Easter and have a wonderful week, Kimberly!

Glad to hear there some improvements. Glad you got to celebrate Easter and had a decent day. Don’t really celebrate Easter here as hubby always away on sundays and gets home pretty late. I probably grab one of those small pre made type of hams that i just need to warm up when he gets home. Hope the weather settles soon and you can enjoy spring and soon summer.

A quiet calm Easter sounds really nice. Hopefully you get some rest and feel better and more energized. Have a good week and enjoy your reading!

Glad you’re feeling better enough to enjoy Easter on Saturday with the Fam! And now a bonus Italian Dinner Easter with just the two of you sounds perfect.

We are freezing to death here in sunny L.os Angeles after an entire 3-day weekend of pouring rain. I had to dig my space heater out of the closet!

We’re doing our annual Easter celebration later today as well! I kind of wish we could’ve done it yesterday just so today can be a nice quiet day, but chaos it is! Lol! Glad you’re on the mend and hope the new meds will help balance things out!

Nice new reads! These are totally new to me ones but I hope you enjoy them all!
