First full week of school and we are settling in to a routine. It was an uneventful week with a dentist appointment. My reading has slowed, but I am enjoying what I am reading and hope it picks up as we settle in. I watched season one of The Sinner. It’s a police procedural on NetFlix. Stay Caffeinated.

Uneventful weeks are definitely nice – especially if you’re getting settled in a routine. I do love when I’m really enjoying my reading. I always like what I’m reading but sometimes it just really clicks. I hope you’re having a great week!

I always went back to school after Labor Day so it still shocks me when people are back in school in August already.

I’m still on vacation, visiting family in the Southwest, but I’m beginning to look forward to October and cooler temperatures… and witchy reads! I’m also looking forward to the HoHoHo Readathon. I need to make a list of titles to read this year.
Have a wonderful week!

I’m glad you are finding your routine amidst the changes that come with the season. I’m off tomorrow, and a last-minute vet appointment for my senior pup has sidetracked my grand plans. He’s okay but has a sore on his back that isn’t healing as we want. Oh, the joys of pet ownership!

Hope you have a great week ahead.

I enjoy fall too. I am glad things are settling in for you. It sounds like a big change in household.
Door to Door sounds like a book I would like.
Enjoy your anniversary month! Happy Reading!

I’m glad you’re all getting settled into a routine. I need to start the Holly Gibney series. I liked the Mr. Mercedes series, where she was introduced. Enjoy your week!

Glad first week of school was smooth and yay for really liking what you’re reading. I’ll have to check out that police procedural you’re watching.
Putting Fraterfest and HoHoHoRAT on the calendar now. 😉
Have a good week, Kimberly!

My grandson went back to school last week too. He had a good week. I’ve never liked going to the dentist glad it was uneventful. It’s been raining a lot here for the last couple of days because of hurricane Hillary hopefully we don’t get too many flash floods.

Oh my goodness! The children are starting back at school already!! Our lot have until the first week in September – but I’m aware we are whipping through the summer holidays at breakneck speed. I’m glad the reading is going well and hoping you are able to relax a bit, Kimberly:).

I don’t think I’ve ever said it before this year but I’m ready for summer to be over. It’s at 100 degrees here this week and even the nights are in the 80s.

While teachers were back this past week, students don’t start till this coming week, so it doesn’t quite seem official for me till then. We’ve had some hot days too, still feels like summer. Hope you have a good week!

It’s been unbearably hot here which means both my work and my reading has significantly slowed as well. But hopefully it’ll cool down a little next week! I hope you have a lovely weekend 🙂

While school has started by you already, football has started here with the grands starting school either September 5 or August 30. This summer just went way too fast. While excited about all the things to come I just wish time would just slow down a little bit.
Have a great week!
Taylor @ Taylor Fenner’s Bookish World
My reading slowed a little in the last week too. I’m just not sure what I want to read. I’m looking forward to Fraterfest!
