My husband will be sixty this week. We are going out to dinner tonight to celebrate and we’ll have the kids over for dinner & cake on his actual birthday. In April I read/listened to 15 books. A slight decrease from the month before, but I am sitting at 83/200 for Goodreads & 54 for the Audiobook Challenge. Do you ever have a week where you feel like you got nothing done and had zero time? That was my week in a nutshell. The Royals have only fourteen days of school left…time flies! As always, Stay Caffeinated.

Happy birthday to your husband.
Lorna
Happy Birthday to your husband! 15 books isn’t a bad number at all. I’ve just started Forever More and can’t wait to see what happens. And The Change was fantastic!
Katherine
I hate those weeks! They’re so exhausting and frustrating. Even though you’re down a bit it sounds like you’re doing great on your reading goals. Have a great week!
Tanya @ Girl Plus Books
Happy birthday to your husband! Hope you had a lovely dinner out together. I can relate to those unproductive weeks. I hope this week sees more progress!
Rolé @ Hooked By That Book
Happy birthday to your husband! And hope you have a great week of reading. I think my week is going to be extra busy with work, so less time for reading or blogging.
MarthaE
I hope your husband has a lovely birthday week.
It was a strange week for me too.
I like the looks of Legend & Lattes.
I have to check on the Hollow series as I thought it ended a few back.
Hope you have a good week and Happy Reading!
Ethan
I had that exact week this week! No matter how much I tried to do things, other things kept getting in the way. My husband got called out of town for work, and we learned he would be there for the next couple of weeks. So I’m keeping the house in order on my own. If I had known he would be away for so long, I would have planted fewer plants to water in the flower beds.

I hope your husband has a fantastic birthday week and I can’t believe there are only 14 days of school left!!!!
Bookworm
Happy Birthday to him! I feel the same way sometimes, the week flies and I barely get anything accomplished but was somehow busy nonstop.
Happy reading this week.

Happy birthday, enjoy the celebration. You are doing awesome on your challenges.

I hope Mr Caffeinated has a lovely birthday celebration:)). It’s one of those milestone birthdays that stays in the memory! I knew your summer break was way ahead of ours here in the UK – but I didn’t realise just how far adrift they are. Our children don’t break up until the 3rd week in July. Have a great week Kimberly and I hope you’re feeling better.

You’re doing much better on your Goodreads challenge than me right now. I’m only at 66 I think out of 200, a few books behind. Hope you have a good week and enjoy celebrating your husband’s birthday!
Rejitha
Advance birthday wishes to your husband!! I hear you about the meh week.
I have been having that since the last half of April. I always get surprised about the school break because our summer is in April and May. So we are kind of getting rid of the summer heat soon, hopefully. 🙂 Hope you have a great summer soon.

Happy Birthday to your husband! We have 21 days left of school for the year, I’m sure it will go fast-

Congrats! Such a milestone there! I so feel that this past week and it was such a slow week. The weekend just couldn’t get here fast enough haha and of course that just flies by. That audio cover for the Seana Kelly is GORGEOUS!! I love that green hue. Really blends well with her skin tone.

Happy birthday to Mr. Caffeinated! I look forward to your review of Daisy Darker.

Happy birthday to your husband! I hope you all have a great time celebrating him! I hope you enjoy the new books when you get a chance to read them. Have a great week!
Jessica @ a GREAT read
Happy early Birthday to your hubby! Lately my weeks have all felt like a blurry boring mess. I guess boring is better than chaos, but every time I try to sum up my week, there’s not much to note! Lol!
Ooh Kim Harrison’s book! I am debating about picking up an advanced copy on that one! I feel like they offered it to me a little late, but I guess maybe not. My review pile has gotten slightly out of control and my TBR pile continues to be chaos so I kind of want to get back to that as soon as possible. Lol.
Hope you enjoy all the wonderful new reads!

Happy Birthday to your husband! Sounds to me like you had a great month in April. I can never seem to get to even 10 a month anymore. I hope you have a great week!
Jill
YES, this week has been so busy with nothing to show for it!
Amy @ A Novel Start
I hope your husband has a wonderful 60th birthday! I’m sure you’ll all have a fabulous time ☺️
I think it’s common to have weeks where you’ve been busting your booty but not really achieved anything. The good news is they’re more like build-up weeks, like the boring episode before a season final 😁 next week will be awesome!
Deb Nance at Readerbuzz
I know exactly what you mean about a week in which you feel like you got nothing done! Happy birthday to your husband.
Maree
I hope your husband enjoys his birthday. Have a great week 🙂

Have a great week!
Taylor @ Taylor Fenner’s Bookish World
Happy early birthday to your husband! I definitely have those weeks where I look around and ask what did I do this week (besides work sucking up all my time).
Laurel-Rain Snow
I am always impressed with how many books you read each month! I am slacking quite a bit with my reading, but maybe that will change at some point.
Enjoy your husband’s birthday.
Mark
Happy early birthday to your husband!
15 is a slow reading month for you, but it’s a huge month for me. Or would be if I ever hit those kind of numbers.
Rachel @Waves of Fiction
That’s a milestone for your husband! I totally relate to feeling like not much accomplished but always busy. Story of my life. Happy reading Kimberly!
Greg
Happy birthday to Mr. Caffeinated! Hope it’s an awesome day. And yes I have weeks like that. Can’t believe school is almost out. My kids are already out since they just finished exams at college. Now they can work more 🙂
