It has been a fun year with reading challenges. I use the UBB plugin called Reading Challenges from Ashley @ Nose Graze to keep track of my challenges. The graphs below are generated by the plugin. The plugin only shows books/audios where the review has published, so below each one I share the final number including those that won’t post until 2016 but were read/listened too in 2015. A special thank you to all of the hosts who sponsored these challenges and motivated me. Here are my 2015 Reading Challenge Results.

As well as I did with each reading challenge I completely failed on updating with hosts each month. I am so awful at it..but keep participating because they push me.

Did You Participate in Any Challenges?

You did great! I am horrible at challenges. The idea of them makes me so happy and I love making lists but then I totally do not stick to them. I also am not great at checking in with hosts.

Maybe I’ll search out a challenge or two to participate in. Your post has inspired me to give it a try!

    Good job on the challenges!
I am terrible at check-ins and updates too but I agree they are fun and push us along the reading path. 🙂

For the most part you really killed it last year! Wow, that feels weird to call 2015 last year. I didn’t do any challenges, but I have a long set of deadlines that I have to accomplish between now and April 30th. I’m really stoked about it.

Mine was the only one you failed? Waaah. Try again this year?

You did well with your challenges overall, congrats. I also fail at updating the host link; I don’t even try anymore though I might make that a goal for 2016.

Good luck with your 2016 challenges!

Good job on all of your challenges! 🙂 I also totally fail at updating at the host sites too, but enjoy participating also as it is a good push to keep reading!

I feel like keeping up with updates will be the hardest part for my challenges this year. I just need to keep on top of it! Otherwise, I really like the challenges I chose because they allow me to read what I like and that’s a plus. 🙂

Congrats on completing most of these!

Great job! I limited myself to 5 in 2015 and I didn’t actually do as poorly as I thought I had. I really love picking challenges for the new year and thinking about the books I most want to read in the next 12 months — I just need to keep my focus and not go too overboard! 🙂 Happy New Year!

What!? How did you read so many series enders? I wish I could finish all the books in a series. I really ant to get to some series I started but never finished in 2016. I was really bad at updating hosts too. I think I might send e-mails for my challenge to remind them. Good luck with your challenges next year and Happy New Year!

Great job with the reading challenges. I used to sign up for a bunch, but I was so bad about doing the wrap ups and checking in with the hosts, that I quit doing it. If I only wrote for one blog, I could probably do it with the UBB plugin, but since I don’t have my own blog and I write on two different ones, it just isn’t going to be easy. I’ll just stick with Goodreads and the Audiobook. I hope you enjoy your challenges next year.

I think you did very well this year Kim! This has been my worst year for reading that I have had since blogging and joining Goodreads, I blame Netflix and my reading slumps for sure. 😉
