Rendezvous with Yesterday by Dianne Duvall is the second novel in The Gifted Ones series and this time Duvall adds time travel and humor to the tale as she delighted us with reveals and a swoon-worthy romance as our heroine finds herself in medieval times.
Blood Red Kiss Anthology
Blood Red Kiss by Kresley Cole, Larissa Ione, and Gena Showalter is an anthology containing three tales by these New York Times best sellers. The Warlord Wants Forever the first in Cole’s Immortal After Dark series, Forsaken by Night a MoonBound Clan novella from Ione and Dark Swan a novella from the Otherworld Assassins series by Showalter. I had previously read books from Ione and Showalter, but and you should sit down for this, I had never read anything by Cole.
Darkest Journey by Heather Graham
Darkest Journey is the twentieth book in Heather Graham’s Krewe of Hunters series, but each book contains a new murder-mystery and romantic couple. Civil War reenactors, a second chance romance, history and ghostly intervention await you Darkest Journey.
Lover Awakened by J.R. Ward
Z. ALL OF THE FEELS. Read it. That is all. LOL, I guess I should share more about Lover Awakened by J.R. Ward the third book in the Black Dagger Brotherhood. Yes, I am finally reading this series and loving every minute. Each book supports the overall ARC and shares one of the brother’s romances. Addictive and well balanced with a dash of suspense Lover Awakened delivered one hell of a book high.
Illusion Town by Jayne Castle
Illusion Town by Jayne Castle is the thirteenth book in the Harmony series and works as a standalone. This paranormal suspense takes us to Illusion Town, Harmony’s version of Vegas with its opulent casinos and hotels. For Finder, Hannah West, things are about to become intense as she wakes up married and in danger. Fast-paced with suspense, twist, and a delicious romance Illusion Town delivered all that I have come to love from this author.
