I was looking for something historical when I stumbled upon Murder by Degrees by Ritu Mukerji, narrated by Gabra Zackman. I was intrigued by the 1875 Philadelphia setting and the Woman’s Medical College of Pennsylvania. The tale that unfolds offers a murder-mystery with plenty of twists.
I scooped this novella up as soon as it released. I enjoy the Below Stairs Mystery series and was excited to spend more time with our clever cook and her friends.
