I am so glad I listened to blogging friends and began the Alex Verus series on audio. Hidden by Benedict Jacka is the fifth Alex Verus audiobook narrated by Gildart Jackson, and it was brilliant, addictive and enlightening.

The Country Guesthouse is the fifth book in the Sullivan’s Crossing series by Robyn Carr. I honestly can say, this was my favorite story to date! Carr mixed in an oversized dog, a heart-wounded man, a sweet boy and an overwhelmed yet strong heroine.
