I love romances filled with wicked banter, humor and food. Nuts by Alice Clayton combines all three with heat delivering a seriously fun romp. Nuts is the first book in the Hudson Valley series and it left me wanting to pack my bags and move to rural upstate New York in search of zucchini.
K.A. Tucker has found her niche and I sure as heck hope she continues writing romantic suspense. Surviving Ice is the last book in the Burying Water series. Tucker saved the best for last. Ya’ll know I usually skip all the prequels and novellas between books with very few exceptions, but after reading and loving Maybe Someday –I just had to have Warren and Bridgette’s story. Thus I picked up Maybe Not by Colleen Hoover. I am so glad I did because- Warren, Warren, Warren. The man is hilarious, sweet, and yeah ridiculously swoon-worthy.
When It’s Right by Jennifer Ryan is the second novel in the Montana Men series and folks I am lovin’ it. The series has a small-town vibe, a little heat and each book deals with a Bowden brother..Yee-ha! Ryan blends suspense into the tales and does it all in Big Sky country. I loved this as much as the first novel. My only struggle is deciding which brother I love more.
I am not sure what took me so long to read Maybe Someday by Colleen Hoover. I adore all of her books, but last year was crazy and somehow I skipped it. I am so glad I finally dived in and I devoured it in one sitting. Warning once you start you will not be able to walk away.
