Cold as Hell by Kelley Armstrong is the third novel in the Haven’s Rock mystery thriller series. Detective Casey Duncan and her husband, Sheriff Eric Dalton, have their hands full when a woman is attacked and dragged into the woods. Now more than ever it’s important who they trust.

All the Missing Pieces by Catherine Cowles
All the Missing Pieces by Catherine Cowles, narrated by Andi Arndt & Sebastian York, was just the romantic suspense listen I needed. A true crime podcaster and an overprotective, broody, small-town Sheriff butt-heads when she comes to town hoping to catch a killer.
Better Than Friends by Jill Shalvis
Better Than Friends by Jill Shalvis is the seventh standalone romance in the Sunrise Cove romance series. Shalvis delivered an enemies to lovers, family, forced proximity, second chance romance with a touch of suspense, and the cutest pet duo. This may well be my favorite Shalvis book yet!
Dr. Alaska by Jillian David
I was sent an ARC of Dr. Alaska by Jillian David and the tagline of Grey’s Anatomy meets Northern Exposure intrigued me. It’s a story of escaping one’s past, finding yourself and trusting again, all set against the backdrop of the Yukon Valley in Alaska. Cute sled dogs, suspense and medical emergencies added to the romance, and I quickly lost myself in the story.
Where the Creek Bends by Linda Lael Miller
I enjoy magical realism and timeslips, so I picked up Where The Creek Bends by Linda Lael Miller. Madison Bettencourt’s life has turned upside down, and she wonders what happened to the Bliss, her childhood friend whom everyone suspected was her imaginary friend. Readers will discover a romance new begins and questions answered in this women’s fiction timeslip.
The Christmas Tree Farm by Laurie Gilmore
The Christmas Tree Farm by Laurie Gilmore is the third small-town holiday romance in the Dream Harbor series. A grumpy meets sunshine, snow storm forced proximity romance complete with hot cocoa, family and new beginnings. You’ll want to curl up by the fire and enjoy this one.
